The Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center, Inc. located on the Central Coast of California, is seeking a board certified surgeon to join our team.The ideal applicant would have experience in all facets of surgery as well as performance evaluation and other specialties such as respiratory, dentistry, laparoscopic procedures or research.The successful applicant would be joining a talented team of ten full time veterinarians including two ACVS board certified surgeons and one ACVIM board certified internist.The medical center includes a large central hospital, Siemens 1.5 tesla MRI, Hallmarq standing MRI, nuclear scintigraphy,digital radiology, surgery suite, recovery pool, 12 ICU stalls and 50 indoor stalls.The hospital serves an area within a 15 mile radius for field calls and receives the majority of our referrals from within a 100 mile perimeter.The hospital operates with a full staff of technicians, grooms and assistants.The position ishospital orientedwith ambulatory and emergency duties to be shared with other staff veterinarians.Please visit our website, www.alamopintado.com,for a full tour of the facility. introduction to our staff and information about our background and culture.Applicants should submit a CV and list of four references via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.We are looking to fill this position in 2018.

Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center is a progressive equine center located in the Central Coast region of California. The hospital is a full referral center and also has an extensive ambulatory component with breeding farms, training centers, polo centers and the range of all horses in all disciplines. Currently there are 10 full time staff veterinarians and 5 interns for a total of 15 veterinarians. The campus has a 1.5 telsa MRI, a Hallmarq standing MRI, nuclear scintigraphy, surgery and ICU facilities, 50 stalls and a full staff to help run the hospital.
