As a Medical Director for Pacific Veterinary Hospital, you are charged with leading the medical team in the practice. While the majority of your time and effort is spent caring for patients and clients, there are additional accountabilities for this position. The expectation is that you will partner with the Practice Manager in order to balance your veterinary duties with important key accountabilities; leadership, patient care, coaching and development, management, and finance.
