In 1984, the hospital was accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and joined an elite group of hospital dedicated to providing pets with quality medical care. In 2010, the hospital also received AAHA Webster Groves Animal Hospital (WGAH) is a large 20+doctor AAHA accredited small animal hospital located in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Andrew Love founded WGAH, P.C. on May 31, 1965. Initially Dr. & Mrs. Love ran the practice themselves in a small, two-story building.
In December of 1981, the expanding number of patients and employees necessitated Dr. Love moving his practice to an adjacent site where it remained until August of 2003.
In 1984, the hospital was accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and joined an elite group of hospital dedicated to providing pets with quality medical care. In 2010, the hospital also received AAHA Referral accreditation for Feline and Canine Specialty and Internal Medicine in 2013. WGAH made its second move on August 18, 2003. The new facility, at more than sixteen thousand square feet, has two floors large enough to house the ever-growing veterinary staff that includes Board Certified Veterinary Practitioners and a Board Certified Internist. The new building, with two parking lots, a large waiting room and a community room for public meetings, offers more convenience for our clients and patients.
