Angell West is operated by the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA), a non-profit, values-based organization with a focus on client service, patient care, and life-work balance. We hold ourselves to an extremely high standard of excellence, another of our core values, as evidenced by AAHA referral accreditation for our specialty services, which differentiates us from many of the other referral hospitals in the area. The caseload will be generated through appointments, in-house referral, the emergency service, and referrals from our community practices.
