Elgin Veterinary Hospital is a nationally renowned equine referral hospital in central Texas and we are looking for a full-time equine surgeon.  ACVS diplomat is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced and proficient in equine surgery yet has the ability and desire to develop a clientele in all aspects of equine medicine.

Our well-equipped facility includes:  3 digital x-ray machines, 3 ultrasounds, Shockwave machine, standing MRI, PRP, IRAP, Prostride, stem cell therapy, video endoscope, on site lab services and 2 fully equipped surgical suites.

We require a professional, dedicated candidate who is dependable and has exceptional time management and communication skills.
