We are currently looking to add an ambitious and passionate associate veterinarian to our team. We are located in the small town of Crystal River, FL, just shy of twenty miles from Beverly Hills, FL. Our goal is not only to provide quality veterinary care to our patients but to also provide a positive experience and build relations with our clientele. The ideal candidate is one that hosts both clinical knowledge and compassion for their patients and their clients. Currently, we are a three doctor practice with an amazing and knowledgeable support staff consisting of five technicians, two receptionists, and one pharmacist. Our current hours of operation are Monday- Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. We are seeing predominately small animal cases, but we do offer large animal services such as vaccinations, coggins, and health certificates for travel. We enjoy a diverse caseload that includes dentistry, soft tissue surgery, senior wellness, and house/farm calls. Lastly, we also understand that mentorship is a must for a newer DVM and our experienced team of doctors are excited to share their vast amount of clinical experience!

Crystal River is located in Citrus County Florida. The area is known for its avid outdoorsmen. We border the Gulf of Mexico on the west side with seven crystal clear rivers pouring into the Gulf. Offshore and backcountry fishing are very consistent because of our great weather. Kayaking is a popular sport as well. To the East of the city is the Withlacoochee State forest where Tillis Hills Equestrian Facility is located. Tillis Hills is the International Training grounds for endurance riders. Also, in the Forest is hiking, backpacking, and camping. The East side of the county is bordered by The Withlacoochee River, which is well known for its freshwater fishing and air-boating. Adjoining the river to the West is The Flying Eagle preserve and Paynes Prairie Preserve which total about 10,000 acres of marshland that are filled with hundreds of airboats every weekend. Thirty minutes northeast of us is the World Equestrian Center that just opened this past year. All of the above is accented by weather that rarely dips below 60 degrees, so you can experience all that this area has to offer all year round!
