Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care is looking for an experienced manager to join our team!
This person would be responsible for managing our Outpatient Department and leading and motivating a team to ensure they're giving the best patient care and client service possible.
People Management:
Help plan staffing levels.
Provide oversight and direction to the staff.
Coach, mentor and develop staff.
Maintain transparent communication with staff.
Operations Management:
Manage the overall operational responsibilities of the department.
Plan and implement systems for delivering outpatient services.
Support quality patient care.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine, supervision, and management.
