Our practice is different than most practices! We put your life/work balance first! We understand the desires of veterinarians wanting to balance raising their children and sharing in family life with their dedication to excellence as veterinarians. How can one be fulfilled with both?
We have opportunities! Therefore, we can help you design a personal work-life, all with benefits to you, the clients, and the business. We approach cases as a team, we work well together, treat each other with respect and we love our jobs! We strive to provide the best quality of medicine and surgery we can while also valuing our life/work balance. Our staff is the key! They are a group of positive-minded people, many of whom have worked on our team for many years. This is not an accident. We started hiring for attitude many years ago. Attitude is something that can't be taught. We have a long list of state-of-the-art equipment for you to use. Here, you get to work as a doctor. Our technicians are here to assist you so you can do what you were meant to be: a doctor helping owners love their pets! The hospital's setup and equipment receive rave reviews from DVMs, clients, and students.
Our full-time veterinarians work 4 days per week on average and receive above-average compensation including health insurance, 401(k), double the CE budget of most veterinary practices, and paid vacations. You will receive 2 weeks of paid vacation with as much as 6 additional weeks of time off if desired. You are welcome to speak with any of our associates or other teammates. They will confirm that our hospital is a wonderful rarity.
