We are seeking a highly experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor. Join our team and help us make a difference. This position requires schedule flexibility. Primary shifts will be late afternoon swing shifts. Holidays and weekends are required. Shift differential pay is offered for late shifts, weekend shifts, and holidays.
This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and development of the Veterinary Technician Team. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Implementing department policies and procedures.
Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
Employee performance evaluations.
Strong skills are required. Must be dedicated to creating a healthy work environment where all employees are elevated, empowered and enjoy what they do.
