Philadelphia Animal Specialty and Emergency (PASE) is looking for a progressive and motivated practice manager to help build a true “ground up” state-of-the-art veterinary hospital servicing Philadelphia. At PASE, our core values center on compassion, clinical excellence, sustainability, job satisfaction, and collegiality. Our belief in our team and commitment to deliver high quality veterinary care to our patients and their families is the hallmark of our business philosophy.
We are excited to keep building upon our successes and now seek to find an experienced practice manager to be part of a unique business venture, centered on providing exemplary service-oriented care at the highest level, promote progressive, innovative treatments, and foster a workplace environment where our people are highly skilled, valued and enjoy coming to work.

The practice manager will work with a core group of administrative and clinical personnel on a daily basis. They will be essential to the development and integration of hospital programs into the work flow. They will work closely with a customer services manager, operations manager and clinical service managers to develop best practices policies and procedures that align with the PASE mission and vision as well as regulatory authorities in veterinary medicine.
The practice manager position will also be involved in human resources tasks (hiring, staff performance evaluations etc), quality assurance, and public relations. Further, they will work with a marketing team to elevate PASE as the premier veterinary hospital in Philadelphia and surrounding regions.
At PASE we value transparency, continuous quality improvement, teamwork and pride ourselves on building a positive work environment for all employees and the practice manager will be essential to promote and uphold these principles.
