Albany Animal Hospital, Inc. is seeking a true people-person with a love for small animals and veterinary medicine, who has the skills and desire to lead and encourage our team and ensure we provide the best possible care to our patients and customers. We are a privately owned, pet-people/family oriented practice.

Business hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 9 am to 6 pm and Wednesday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Key responsibilities for this position are:
- Leading by example
- Employee and doctor scheduling
- Recruiting, training and retaining employees
- Coaching and mediating personnel issues
- Maintaining a gold-star standard in customer service throughout the clinic
- Managing the day to day flow of the business
- Implementing and meeting all business regulatory requirements
- Trouble-shooting software, communications, and electronic office equipment concerns
- Marketing and social media monitoring
- Payroll prep
- Oversee AP
