Well -established  (over 60 years in the same beautiful, rural location) small animal practice  in southwest Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati, searching for 1-2 PT/FT veterinarians.  Like all the rest of the employers out there with job offers, we offer reasonable work hours, minimal emergencies, a modern well- equipped facility, a super support team and wonderful, loyal clientele.  We enjoy great working relationships with multiple specialty/emergency clinics nearby, so plenty of help is available when needed. 

What makes us different?    We aren’t desperate to hire just anybody.  You need to be a good fit for us and we for you.  New graduates as well as experienced DVM’s considered. We are very busy but strive to be low key and   relaxed.  We realize this can be stressful, challenging work so we try not to miss an opportunity to laugh and have fun.    Mentoring is available depending on the amount you want/need.  We try to foster an enthusiastic outlook regarding handling challenges and developing problem-solving skills.    You will not be a cog in a corporate wheel  – you have a chance to make a difference in a community and continue in a long line of   respected, beloved DVM’s providing reasonable services for reasonable people.  There is plenty of additional opportunity here:  potential for partnership, ownership, and a great location to expand into large animal/equine work, specialty fields, or a boarding/grooming  facility  if you so desire and have the motivation.
