Put your veterinary skills and knowledge to use at one of the largest, most progressive animal shelters on the East Coast! We are in search of a full-time veterinarian to join the ever-evolving, fast-paced Brandywine Valley team. 

Whether you are a recent vet student graduate, or a seasoned veterinarian, you will be afforded a unique and exciting veterinary experience available at our Georgetown shelter. From performing surgeries & exams on shelter animals awaiting adoption, treating cruelty cases on-location with our Animal Welfare Officers, and providing wellness exams for owned pets, you will be given the opportunity utilize your related talents to help us continue our life-saving work.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited college or university and one year of professional veterinary medical experience.
• Possession of a current license to practice veterinary medicine in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
• Experience in high-volume spay/neuter facilities. Shelter experience preferred.
