After over 70 years, we, at Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital, have weathered many storms. Despite the challenges we have faced over the past 18 months, our doctors have been incredible and shown what teamwork and family really mean. How can you have any quality of work/life balance without knowing when you are going to work? We will never change your schedule without your permission. Our GP doctors work four 8 hour shifts per week and two 6 hour weekend shifts per month (average of 35 hours per week).  MENTORSHIP - Our medical director meets individually with our new/recent grads regularly and there is always someone available to discuss cases with.
