The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years’ experience and a heart of service for the community through compassionate veterinary medicine. A strong interest in general surgery, small animal dentistry, wellness, caring medicine and is dedicated to client education and fostering relationships with their team is essential.

As the MDVM here, you can help shape your dream team! We are looking to grow our team with the addition of a Hospital Manager and Associate Veterinarian.
We currently have six tenured support staff who have been with the practice for over a decade, highlighting their dedication to the practice and the community. Our team enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our Technicians and Customer Service staff are passionate about what they do and interacting with clients to create a positive impact through their pet's health.

Skills and Basic Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Indiana
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed veterinarian
- Previous veterinary leadership experience preferred
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
- Delegates tasks and achieves results with hospital team members.
- Leads employees by coaching, correcting, developing, and motivating them to achieve success.
- Manages time and tasks appropriately.
- Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
