Privately owned AAHA accredited small animal veterinary clinic is seeking F/T or P/T veterinarian to join our 3 doctor practice. We are located in beautiful Frederick, MD. Centrally located in the state, we are less than one hour from Washington, DC and Baltimore, and even closer to many outdoor activities including biking trails, kayaking, hiking and skiing, just to name a few. The downtown area is very vibrant and diverse with plentiful stores and restaurants.

This position requires limited supervisory duties in a 40 hour work week including up to 2 evenings per week and every 4th weekend.

The veterinary clinic has been at its present location for over 40 years. We have a loyal clientele and many new clients as the area continues to grow. Our staff is very supportive and our veterinarians are glad to mentor. The clinic offers a high quality of care to its patients including digital xrays, in house blood and urine machines, dental unit, laser therapy, routine and soft tissue surgeries. An interest in exotics is a plus but not required.

The clinic pays all licensing fees, liability and association dues and offers a stipend for CE. We also offer health insurance, 401K with matching funds, flex health plan, paid vacation and pet benefits.
