Who We Are:

• Privately-owned small animal clinic that currently sees only dogs and cats.
• We recently moved into a new and updated building that provides us with ample natural light ( windows in every exam room and throughout the building), private office space for each doctor, as well as a dedicated dental suite, separate exam rooms for dogs and cats, and much more. 
• We are passionate about animal welfare and assist our local shelter through in clinic foster and adoptions. 
• We have an experienced and mature support staff (including a licensed RVT) with very  low staff turnover rates. 
• We, as a group, care about the wellbeing of each other, our clients and their pets. 
• Daytime only: We refer after hours emergencies to local emergency clinics;
• There are multiple specialists for referral nearby, and Tufts Veterinary school is only 45 minutes away
• Varied caseload with dedicated clients who allow us to work up and treat their pets
• Well equipped:  Full in-house Idexx lab including Sedivue; Digital dental radiology; IM-3 high-speed dental unit, Cardell and VetTRENDS Monitors; IV fluid pump; digital radiography; Tonovet
• Cloud-based Practice Management Software with electronic record-keeping.
  
  

Who We are Looking For:

• A good communicator who enjoys working with clients and models professionalism in and out of the clinic. 
• Someone who wants to grow as a veterinarian and continue to learn new skills.
• Someone who wants to stay and grow with us and be a part of our local community. 

Experience:

• Experience preferred but new graduates considered

Schedule (negotiable based on needs):

• 3 day weekend every other week if desired. 
• 4 day work week plus some rotating Saturdays until 12pm. 
• Currently closing at 6pm weekdays. No after hours emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Our Community:

      Monson, MA is a growing community of approximately 8,000 people in southern western/central Massachusetts. It is a very family-oriented community with good schools and a relatively low cost of living. Traditional community activities and organizations in Monson include summer fireworks, Independence Day parade, a local theater group, community-wide arts events, and much more. We are fortunate to have abundant trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding in and around our town. In addition, New York City, Boston, and beaches are all less than two hours away.
