What you’ll be doing:
Under the direction of the Co-owner Veterinarian, you will diagnose and treat a variety of small animal (cat and dog) ailments as well as provide wellness and preventative care. Opportunities for learning exotic medicine is also possible with mentorship of our vets. Opportunities to learn operational aspects of veterinary business are also possible, but not required, for those with an entrepreneurial-minded spirit.
What you’ll bring:
- Passion for helping pets and their humans alike;
- Ability to interact and communicate (verbally and non-verbally) with professionalism, empathy, and respect;
- Strong sense of personal accountability and reliability;
- A pet parent-centric mindset; desire to deliver on and continually improve the pet and pet parent experience;
- A valid California veterinary license
- A current DEA license or the ability to obtain one
- A desire to be an integral part of a collaborative leadership environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
