We are Employee Owned (will never be corporate) and are looking for Emergency, Urgent Care and Primary Care Veterinarians as well as Veterinary Specialists. 

We are seeking veterinarians who want a great culture and who seek an excellent work-life balance. Veterinarians will be scheduled for 24 to 30 hours per week (more if desired) depending on what they need in their life to be happy and successful. We believe in consistent long-term schedules that allow for doctors to plan and live their life well.

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee owned company with 24 hour Emergency, Urgent Care, Specialty and Primary Care services with 3 veterinary hospitals in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). That means that everyone has a stake in the outcome and we focus not only on excellent patient care and client service but also on continual improvement. This is a great retirement plan for all team members and we offer continual training in medicine and financial literacy. We practice open-book management which provides for complete transparency of the business.
