Animal House is an established, privately-owned small animal hospital with a growing clientele. We are a fast-paced walk-in clinic in Nashville, TN. Our clinic is looking for talented people with a love for animals and the community we serve. We’re a passionate group who love what we do, and it shows in how we approach our clients, patients, and each other. Our goal is to find an experienced DVM to join our team. We’re looking for someone who has great people skills and a commitment to providing the best possible care and service to pets and their people.
We are a family practice! We make decisions everyday that are not based solely on a calculator. We treat each other with respect and when we don’t agree… we respectfully disagree. We are professional doctors, surgeons, radiologist, cardiologist, dermatologist, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and the list goes on… we are not board certified.. We are not specialists in anything other than helping animals and people. We do not believe in Pro-Sal. We are far from sales people but we are very passionate about what we believe our clients' pets need to continue to be healthy. We do not treat every patient the same.
Our principles and policies are extremely gray and will change based on what is realistic for the client and best for the pet. We practice incremental care and our standard of care is based on what our client can afford… we have everything we need to provide a well rounded diagnostic workup and to practice top quality medical and surgerical management however we have the compassion to know not every pet owner can afford this level of care.

- Professional development - We understand being a veterinarian today encompasses way more than treating animals. We are constantly evaluating and changing our model to be able to stay ahead of the profession. It is important that our team of veterinarians understands what it takes to manage and run a successful, private, veterinary hospital. We exceed all of the industry financial benchmarks because we understand how we can all contribute to the success of the practice.
- Our reputation in the community is as important as our reputation in our profession. We are a community practice that has a huge following in Nashville.. Our mission is to help animals and that is not limited to the animals that have wealthy owners.
- We are fortunate to be the primary veterinarian for many rescue organizations… and to be a valued member of the animal rescue world.
