• Work/Life Balance – Tired of staying late because of administrative tasks? GCVS emergency veterinarians utilize dedicated scribes to assist with records and note taking.
• Collaboration – We enjoy the camaraderie between specialists that a large practice affords and support each other in the pursuit of practicing the highest quality veterinary medicine. We currently have specialty practices in Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, Radiation Oncology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Allergy, Avian and Exotics, Cardiology, Behavioral Therapy, and Anesthesiology.
• Brand New Facility – Our 60,000 sq-ft hospital has a 1.5 T MRI, 64- slice CT, a Varian Halcyon radiation therapy system capable of advanced radiation therapy modalities as well as an Interventional Radiology Suite.
• Education – With a focus on education, we have a large and robust intern, specialty intern, and residency (radiology and neurology) program, as well as abundant opportunities to interact with the general practitioners in the area through monthly rounds meetings and our annual symposium.
