We see patients from Glen Ridge, Montclair, Upper Montclair, East Orange, West Orange, Belleville, Nutley, Verona, and Newark. We are also accredited by the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.
Doctors Ann and Charles Dolin purchased Essex Animal Hospital in 1995 and have dramatically increased the size of the practice and scope of the services provided to clients. We now have the highest quality veterinary medicine available in the area and we provide it in a relaxed, caring, family-style environment. Along with practicing the best medicine possible, we have a highly tenured and skilled support staff. Most of our Bloomfield veterinary hospital staff has been here for 10 years or more!!! By our patients and pet parents seeing the same faces every time they visit, their pets are much more relaxed, calm and comfortable. We provide care the "Essex Animal Hospital" way.
Our appointments are never rushed. We take all the time necessary with each of our clients to make sure they fully understand what is happening with their pet, and what the options are. Our goal is to be a true partner with all of our client's and their pet's health care needs.
