Clinic is fully equipped and ready for business.  Building design received the Hospital award of the year in Veterinary economics in ~ 1968. Clinic has four exam rooms, large 2 table surgery, large prep/treatment room, 2 air conditioned kennels with 45 stainless steel cages and 10 runs, and an on sight pharmacy/lab and x-ray. We have little to no natural disasters here in southern Arizona.  We have 9 months of beautiful weather and three high heat months.  Everything is air conditioned making the summer heat comfortable.  A small amount of capital is needed for startup.  If you are talented and charge reasonable fees you will be an instant success.  A laddered lease $ is available to ensure your success from the start.
