WHY FAIRBANKS ANIMAL CLINIC?
Founded in 1982, we have a well-established and loyal clientele with amazing patients!
We foster a family-oriented, collegial atmosphere. We prefer to bounce ideas off one another and discuss cases. With nearly 140 years of combined experience, we would love to share our knowledge and mentor new (& newer) graduates!
We utilize Fear Free techniques with standard 30-minute appointments. Each DVM also has their own surgery day for soft-tissue and dentistry procedures.
Our support staff is tenured, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond.
Coupled with digital rads (including dental), ultrasound, and cold laser therapy, we have all the tools you need. For patients needing extra care, referral options are plentiful and available.
WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
A work schedule that truly provides balance with rotating Saturdays and two-hour resource periods daily.
A rewarding, team-centered approach to practicing medicine with four experienced (and personable!) veterinarians.
A competitive compensation package with the ability to earn production bonuses.
A signing bonus and relocation assistance, commensurate with experience.
Excellent benefits including medical/dental/vision options, practice-paid life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, annual CE stipend, paid licensure & due fees, PLIT, and more!
Fully-furnished rental for short- or long-term housing.

Blue River PetCare's mission is to provide a long-term home for local practices that selling owners have worked so hard to build. We are dedicated to retaining the culture of each of our hospitals in addition to the local practice of medicine. We do this by ensuring each hospital has complete medical autonomy with their choice of protocols, therapies, inventory items, vendors and even management software. We also focus on our employees’ health and well-being as much as we do the pets we treat. We would love to hear from you!
