There are so many ads for veterinarians, and they all promise the same thing, but I know that you want more--. I would love the opportunity to show you how we are different and what I can do to make you love coming to work again. I own the PetVet365 in Fox Chapel, a certified FearFree hospital, and I am looking for an amazing Veterinarian to join our team.

I firmly believe we need to treat ourselves better as Veterinarians; as such, I deliver a fantastic work-life balance. This starts with recognizing full time status, and benefits, starting at only 24 hours per week (yes, only 24 hours!!).  We are open 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday, and 9am-1pm on weekends, with a 4 day work week for full time associates.

The entire practice is Fear Free Certified, thus we do everything we can so that our patients do not experience fear, anxiety, or stress. There is a separate cat room, with pheromones and calming music, to enable a thorough physical exam in a calming environment. Instead of performing exams on cold metal tables, we meet our clients and their pets in a relaxing living room environment with an abundance of treats. 

I have an amazing, fun, and highly skilled team of technicians that we use to their full potential, so that your time is freed up to do what you do best; be a Pet Hero. They assist us in the exam rooms, start the medical notes, draw lab samples, administer vaccinations and injectable medications…the list is long. We staff a minimum of 3 technicians assigned to each doctor, every day.

All appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, never less, as I believe that you need time to connect with the clients and patients, and to do what you do best, perform high quality medicine. An hour is blocked off each weekday for a lunch break, because we all deserve some down time. We are doing things differently because I firmly believe that we as Veterinarians can do this better- and that trickles down to improved  care for our pets as well as client satisfaction.

Most importantly, we are a collaborative group of veterinarians and NOT a corporation. Production is 21% and there is no negative accrual, you deserve your PTO and will be encouraged to take your time off. Other benefits include full medical, dental, vision, and 401k, student loan repay options, and a kick ass collaborative team. Salary is dependent upon experience but ranges from $115-140,000.
