VCA Cromwell Animal Hospital located in Cromwell, Connecticut is looking for an Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.

VCA Cromwell is looking to add a Full-Time Associate. We are open 6 days a week and offer a 4-day work week with a rotating half-day Saturday. Our practice is closed on major holidays and we do not require any on-call shifts.

Cromwell, CT is located in beautiful central Connecticut about 15 minutes south of Hartford and 30 minutes from New Haven. Cromwell is host to the Travelers Championship PGA golf tournament every year and the golf course is located just down the road from the practice if you’d like to hit some balls during lunch! Cromwell also has a highly rated school district with many excellent teachers, although there are also many CREC magnet schools in the surrounding area. River Highlands State Park is a public recreation area located on the west bank of the Connecticut River in the town of Cromwell, Connecticut. The 177-acre state park is a beautiful place to hike or walk. During the summer months, there is a thriving Farmers Market in town. We are located near Middletown CT, home of Wesleyan University and its many arts offerings but if you don’t mind a short drive you can visit the CT Science Museum, Dinosaur Park, and Peabody Museum at Yale University, Mystic Aquarium, Kid City, or the Lutz Children’s Museum. Hartford also offers concerts and traveling productions of Broadway shows at the Bushnell Performing Arts Center, as well as first-run pre-Broadway productions at the Goodspeed Opera house in Haddam. Plus we are just a train ride from NYC or a 2-hour drive from Boston. As you can tell, Cromwell has a lot more to offer than just great veterinary medicine!
