Berry Hill Animal Hospital is a privately and locally owned small animal hospital looking to add another doctor to our amazing team! We currently are a three doctor practice, in a BRAND new facility in the heart of Nashville. We have 5 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a dedicated surgery suite, a dedicated dental suite, digital radiographs, a brand new dental machine, new ultrasound, new dental radiographs, new computers, new software, and are constantly adding to the list of what we can offer. We pride ourselves on our client service, patient care, and individualized medicine. We are looking for a doctor who takes initiative, enjoys working with and educating clients, and prioritizes patient care and well-being above all else. We see only dogs and cats, and offer anything from wellness visits and routine surgeries to hospitalizations, ultrasounds, and orthopedic surgeries. We have an incredibly positive, supportive work atmosphere that we feel would be appropriate for an experienced doctor who doesn't want to be burnt out, as well as a new grad who wants a TRUE mentorship opportunity. Our goal is to never go corporate, continue to treat our clients and their pets like family, and provide a safe and pleasant work atmosphere where our doctors can practice the way they want without micromanagement.

Benefits include a 4 day work week with a full weekday off every week (typically a 32-36 hours work week), excellent fully covered health insurance, 401K with matching, dental and vision insurance, generous CE expenditure and PTO. There is no boarding here, no after hours, and no on call for our doctors. There is no checking in on your days off or follow ups when out of the office.
