We offer mentorship in addition to a competitive salary ($100k to $120k/yr pending experience plus a 20-22% production quarterly bonus) and benefits including 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 paid week for CE with a CE allowance included along with TX & DEA licenses, TVMA and EPVMA dues, PLIT $1,000,000 liability insurance, SIMPLE retirement plan with 3% match and $5000/yr stipend for our group Blue Cross Blue ShieldHealth Insurance Plans.
