Prelesnik Animal Hospital is looking to add an associate veterinarian to our team! Our two-doctor, small animal practice is nestled in the beautiful town of Grand Haven, MI. We have been serving the community since we opened our doors in 2001 and have established an expansive and loyal clientele base. We are a one-stop clinic that will accommodate all small animal needs, from exams to surgeries. Our doctors are backed by a wonderful support team of four certified vet techs, two assistants, and our practice manager. We pride ourselves on compassion, empathy, and ability to communicate with one another. Our team dynamic truly feels like a family!
Our practice is filled with modern and up-to-date equipment to make practicing their best medicine easy for our doctors. We utilize equipment like surgical laser, digital radiographs, electronic patient tracking system, and more. We prioritize our team’s work live balance and for that reason have no on-call or after-hours obligations. We are also closed on weekends!
We welcome DVMs of all experience levels to apply and would offer mentorship to any new graduates!
About the area: Grand Haven is located right along the western shore of Lake Michigan. It serves as a year-round vacation destination for its beautiful scenery and attractions. Our 1.5 miles boardwalk stretches from downtown out to two picturesque lighthouses that serve as the perfect backdrop for any photo. In town there are a variety of locally owned shops, delicious restaurants, trolley rides, and a musical fountain that puts on a nightly show.
