The Veterinary Technology Program at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as an Assistant Professor, Veterinary Technology (Veterinarian). The anticipated start date is August 11, 2023.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from AVMA accredited program required; licensed DVM. Eligibility for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and eligibility for D.E.A. controlled substance registration is required. Significant large and small animal clinical experience is required. This position requires knowledge of disease processes and procedures primarily for small animal medicine and surgery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate study beyond doctorate is preferred. Evidence of instructional or teaching experience is preferred. In addition, research experience is preferred.
