The Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking applicants for a Diagnostic Medicine Intern. The purpose of the position is to offer quality of after-hours testing performed by the clinical pathology laboratory while at the same time train veterinarians who want to advance their diagnostic skills and/or those who are hoping to pursue advanced training in the field of veterinary diagnostic medicine. The successful candidate is one with an interest in veterinary diagnostic medicine, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to arrive to perform afterhours tests within 20 minutes of being paged.
