Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital in coastal Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We are looking for talented, energetic, personable individuals with effective communication and interpersonal skills, to be contributing members of our highly collaborative veterinary team. A busy, full-time ER DVM can earn more that $200,000 annually at Port City through a combination of generous base salary and production bonuses. We  also offer health benefits available day one, CE (Continuing Education) and licensure expenses, PTO, 401 (k), generous employee pet discounts and flexible scheduling for days and nights. Mentorships are available as well!

Our doctors are supported by an amazing group of technicians, well-trained client care coordinators, and a supportive in-house management group. Our emergency doctors work closely with our specialty services which include:

Our Port City team is growing rapidly and will be expanding to a new, state of the art facility in the Fall of 2023. The new building will be a two-story 25,000 sq that includes:

• 256 slice CT machine 
• Fluoroscopy 
• Endoscopy 
• Echocardiography 
• Ultrasound 
• Digital radiographs on both levels 
• ECG telemetry 
• High flow oxygen administration
