The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Michigan State University, invites applications for a full-time, renewable faculty appointment in Soft Tissue Surgery.  The position is available at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank, in our Health Programs appointment system.   The successful candidate will join our dynamic soft-tissue surgery group, and an integral member of the Surgery Section, which includes 4 orthopedic surgeons, 3 residents, two surgery-specialty-interns, 9 service-dedicated veterinary technicians.  The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences comprises 40 faculty and staff, and has an onsite, state-of-the art Veterinary Medical Center (VMC).
