As the number of non-corporate veterinary practices decreases, Family Veterinary Clinic is thriving. We have solved the work-life puzzle and given veterinary medicine back to the doctors. No more fifteen-minute appointments; thirty is standard. No more eight-hour workdays, the shifts are five hours; you leave when you are finished. Our doctors average six and a half hours, after files and phone calls. We encourage time off, with six paid holidays, paid birthdays, and three weeks of paid vacation.
