The Basics

The Schedule

We would love to create a schedule that best meets your needs and ours. As such, we provide two different scheduling needs.

1) Full time veterinarian for hire. Working 4 days one week 5 the other.  Wednesdays off every week with NO Saturdays.

2) Full time pay with a part time schedule.  3 days per week. Monday thru Wednesday one week, then Wednesday thru Friday the next week. 

Office hours are Monday – Friday 7am-6pm.

The Hospital

As we grew throughout the years, our facility did too! We are proud of our large hospital with oversized exam rooms. We have a large surgery suite, expanded dentistry area, dedicated x-ray room, and a variety of in-house Idexx equipment with results imported to our Cornerstone software with EMR. Digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound help us provide the highest quality of care.

Our spacious boarding facility with indoor runs, cages, and grooming room make up the rest of our facility.

Long Drive Dog and Cat Hospital is a 5-doctor hospital and growing! Our hospital has a unique role in the Houston area as a general practice that has long-standing history in the area. We provide well-pet visits and preventative diagnostics, as well as sick, injured, and urgent care without the immense cost of a trip to an emergency clinic.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager Associate Veterinarian to deliver medical, surgical, and dental care to patients. We are a long-standing hospital with a drive to excel in all areas with our clients. We are looking for a veterinarian to teach us as much as we will teach them.
