Professional Experience:
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting. (new graduates welcome) 2. Surgical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively. 3. High level of emotional intelligence and stress tolerance.
Certifications and Continuing Education:
USDA Accreditation is preferred but not necessary. 2. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
